Return & Refund Policy

We get it; sometimes things just don’t work out. Maybe the fit wasn’t quite right, or the color didn’t match what you had in mind. That’s okay. At Galoren, we want you to feel completely happy with your purchase, and that includes making returns as simple and stress-free as possible.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.

We kindly ask that you reach out to us before sending anything back. This helps us process your return quickly and smoothly.

What Can Be Returned

We’re happy to accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Do you have your order number or receipt available

What Can’t Be Returned

We’re unable to accept returns for:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Returns sent without prior contact with our team
  • Gift cards or store credit balances

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a short explanation of why you’d like to return the item.
  • We’ll respond within 24 hours (usually faster!) with detailed instructions, including the return shipping address and any other info you’ll need.
  • Carefully repackage your item, ideally in the original mailer or something similar, and ship it back using any trackable shipping method.
  • Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll let you know it’s been received and issue your refund promptly.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Once your return is approved, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we’ll also refund your original shipping cost.
  • For returns that are not due to our error, original shipping fees (e.g., expedited shipping) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Prefer to swap instead of return? No problem.

If you’d like a different size or color, just mention that in your return request. We’ll let you know what’s available and help set up the exchange if we have the item in stock.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
